By accessing or using our services, including our website, platform, content creation tools, and agency-level services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Press Rocket Inc. is a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States. All services are provided in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Account Creation and Security
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Services Provided
Our services include a software platform for generating and publishing content, as well as optional content services managed by our team. All services are provided 'as-is'.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Pricing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and auto-renew unless canceled. We may change pricing at any time with prior notice. Billing is handled via Stripe. You must ensure that your billing information is current and accurate.
Free Trials and Refunds
We may offer free trials under defined conditions. Subscriptions are non-refundable, but we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues. Refund policies apply to all content and services delivered.
Content Responsibility and Restrictions
Users are fully responsible for all content published through the platform. You agree not to publish or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. Publishing said content may result in account suspension and/or legal action.
Content Ownership and Backups
You retain rights to content you upload or generate. We may use it solely to provide our services. We perform routine backups but do not guarantee data recovery. Users should maintain their own backups for important content
Managed Content Services
If you engage our agency services, we create and manage content based on your instructions. You retain final responsibility for its legal compliance and accuracy.
Use of Third-Party Services
We use third-party services (e.g., Stripe, WordPress, Hostinger, HubSpot) for hosting, billing, analytics, and support. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Proprietary Rights
All intellectual property related to the platform, codebase, and service infrastructure is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services, subject to these Terms.
Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information shared through our platform or agency services, including internal processes and unpublished tools. Unauthorized disclosure could result in legal action.
Non-Solicitation
You agree not to solicit or hire any of our employees or contractors during the term of this Agreement and for 24 months after termination.
Modifications and Promotions
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Promotional offers may be governed by additional terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your content, use of services, or violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
